As a new patient to medical marijuana, we understand you have lots of questions from what you need to do to qualify to what kinds of products are available to how they work. As a patient caregiver, there’s a lot you need to know about administering medical marijuana and how it impacts your patient’s well being. 

To help we have the information you need to answer any questions you may, but you are also welcome to contact our call center or dispensary if need be.

How to qualify for an New York patient-caregiver registry identification card:

Be designated by a certified patient 
Certified patient's registration must be approved by the DOH
Be and remain a resident of New York state during participation in the program
Be at least 21 years of age
